Ryan currently serves as the President & Chief Executive of Champion Motorsports Marketing, LLC (CMM). Ryan spent his early years growing up in a small town in Vermont. Ryan chose to join the Service after graduating High School and serve his Country. Ryan served in Army Aviation proudly for 15 years. He worked closely with some of the best leaders in our Armed Forces and advanced in rank in record speed for his Aviation specialty. He was responsible during his career for the leadership of thousands of troops deployed around the globe. He developed Secret plans for the Leadership of an Armored Task Force with more than 2,200 Troops on the Border of Iraq in 1997 to deter Iraqi aggression against Kuwait. One of his Aircraft was chosen for the Presidents review and for the Senate Arms Committee where Ryan was able to meet personally with the President of the United States, Bill Clinton & the First Lady for the 50th Celebration of VJ Day (Victory over Japan) in Hawaii on September 1st, 1995.

During his time in Service, Ryan was able to operate throughout the USA, Canada, Hawaii, Haiti, France, Kuwait, Egypt, Germany, Hungary, Bosnia, Croatia, Japan, and in Korea.

Ryan's sense of leadership and responsibilities have followed him after the Service and it shows with his dedication to detail and the utmost professionalism while conducting day to day business.

Ryan started his first Company in 2003 which saw immediate growth. Ryan continued to pour 75% of his revenues back into his Company with Marketing techniques using Online, Magazines, Billboards, and activation within NASCAR. Ryan's first Company saw gains over 1,000% in the first year. He activated his company inside NASCAR & the Indycar Series, sponsoring various cars and putting Billboards on the track so Millions could potentially see his brand and his legitimacy as a Company which put him in front of his competitors in the marketplace. He learned early on that there was a place for Marketing inside Sports.

Ryan started CMM in July 2006 and has seen great success. Early on CMM diversified their client roster outside of Motorsports where there has been huge success. By not focusing only on Motorsports, CMM has grown tremendously over their short time in operation. Bringing in Hollywood and Media components, CMM can offer activation for their sponsors in ways other marketing companies cannot.

CMM handles not only traditional Motorsports, but has gone into Freestyle Motocross, Super Motocross, Snowmobile Freestyle, Football, Baseball, Professional Bull Riding, WSOP, Hollywood, Sports Media, Technology, Exploration, Music, and even Comedy. Many of CMM's projects cannot be listed on their Client roster due to Confidentiality Agreements. CMM currently is working on projects that will change the face of cities forever, creating worldwide news media for their Clients historically.

CMM not only acts as a Marketing Company but also as a Sports & Entertainment Company as well. CMM acts as an Agent & full Management for many of their Clients. CMM has successfully brought sponsorship opportunities to their Clients over the years. CMM has recently acquired a $5M budget from an investor on a film with Rick Bieber. Ryan will serve as a Co-Producer on this Hollywood film project. He is currently working on Product Placement for this film and seeks funding for future developmental films that are currently in their inventory.

CMM handles sales management, product development, distribution, public relations, marketing communications (including advertising and promotions), pricing, market research, and customer service. CMM's performs day-to-day activities, which range from the highly analytical (e.g. - pricing and market research) to highly creative (advertising and promotions). Ryan knows the importance of the functional areas outside of marketing such as production, information technology, legal, and finance that have a direct impact on the achievement of marketing objectives.
